ABOUT ME

My name is Theresa Miller

I have a Bachelors of Music Education Degree and a Music Therapy Degree from the College of Mt. St. Joseph, and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling from the Athenaium of Ohio, in Cincinnati, Ohio. I work with all levels of music and all ages. Teaching as early as 4 years old. I also teach children with learning disabilities. I have many years of experience as a piano teacher, teaching all styles of music. Every year, I organize a Christmas and Spring Student Recital.

PAYMENT PLAN

​Four (4) week months, $160.00. Five (5) week months, $200.00.

Fees are doubled for hour lessons.

If a student misses a lesson, Theresa, AT HER DISCRETION, can arrange a makeup, if time is available within that week.  If there is no call to cancel and you just don’t show up, there will be no makeup lesson.

Fees are paid monthly in advance

Trophy Contest

The Super Student Trophy Contest happens from January to May. To win a trophy the student needs to pass all their assignments. The trophies are given out at the Spring recital in May.

2025 Competitions

The advanced students can choose to participate in local competitions. They can compete in two local organizations: the Music Federation of Naples and the Steinway Competition. The winners do receive a certificate, a trophy and a financial reward. Last year Vera Binxhui was the 3rd place winner.

Adult Piano Parties

We enjoy getting together to socialize. We bring wine and appetizers and sometimes we go out to dinner together. Then anyone who wants to perform does and Theresa always performs for her students and friends.

Spring and Christmas recitals
 

Twice a year the students have an opportunity to perform at the recitals. The students are free to invite as many family members and friends to the recitals. We also take advantage of this time to be a dress up occasion.
